Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a closely related role; strong internship or project experience considered
- Solid SQL skills — comfortable writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations
- Python proficiency for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, numpy); exposure to modeling libraries (scikit-learn, statsmodels) a plus
- Experience building or contributing to dashboards or reports in any BI tool (Sigma Computing, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Foundational understanding of statistical concepts — regression, classification, probability, hypothesis testing
- Familiarity with version control using Git
- Strong attention to detail with a genuine care for data accuracy and quality
