Scripta Insights is seeking a highly skilled Java Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java applications, that help us recommend prescriptions based on our large data sets.
• Architect solutions that adhere to best practices in software development, especially in a multi-service environment.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers and interns to foster their growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and promote continual improvement.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in Java development with a strong understanding of Java frameworks.
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in Health Care or other forms of regulated ecosystems a plus.
