- Experience working in agile, remote, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with AI projects is a competitive advantage.
- Ability to design, integrate, and optimize LLM-powered systems, including data preparation, architecture setup, prompt engineering, and performance monitoring.
- Fluent level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and development teams.
