We're hiring a world-class in-house Video Editor to transform our long-form content—testimonials, case studies, trainings, VSLs, and podcast episodes—into high-converting short-form ads that drive two critical outcomes: applications for our flagship coaching program and downloads of our free audiobook, The Science of Scaling by Dr. Benjamin Hardy (NYT bestseller, foreword by Tony Robbins).
This is a high-impact creative role crafting content exclusively for an elite audience: CEOs and founding teams running the fastest-growing companies in the world—think 8, 9, and 10-figure businesses scaling at breakneck speed. Our members aren't just successful; they're category creators, market disruptors, and industry titans who demand content that matches their sophistication.
We need an editor who blends documentary-style storytelling with performance marketing instincts—someone who can produce premium, Masterclass-level short-form ads (15-90 seconds) that stop scrolls, capture attention, and drive immediate click-throughs.

You'll work with exceptional raw footage featuring transformational stories from founders who've 10x'd their companies using our frameworks. Your mission: distill these powerful narratives into strategically edited ads that reflect both the prestige of our brand and the caliber of leaders we serve—all while maintaining the conversion metrics that fuel our growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating high-converting ad creatives
- A polished documentary/journalistic editing style (Masterclass-level quality) paired with strong marketing intuition
- Deep understanding of conversion drivers—hooks, pacing, retention strategy, emotional resonance, persuasion
- Experience working with high-ticket B2B, coaching, education, or thought leadership brands
- Track record of producing high volume without sacrificing quality
- Strong skills in dynamic titling, captions, motion graphics, and vector-style animations for b-roll
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects
- Experience editing testimonial-driven and founder-led content
- Fast, precise, detail-oriented editing under tight deadlines
- Highly self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Meta/Facebook ad specs and best practices
- Ability to interpret creative direction and deliver polished, conversion-focused edits
- Reliable high-speed internet suitable for large file transfers
✅ What You'll Do:
- Producing 50+ short-form video ads per week from long-form source content
- Transforming testimonials, case studies, VSLs, trainings, and podcast episodes into high-performing ad creatives
- Crafting ads with a premium, journalistic, documentary-style feel—educational and elevated, not salesy
- Creating dynamic edits using strategic pacing, captions, text overlays, kinetic elements, and visual storytelling
- Applying marketing psychology to structure content for maximum conversions and click-through rates
- Maintaining brand consistency across all video assets
- Collaborating closely with our full production team on strategy, execution, and iteration
- Working quickly and efficiently to meet aggressive timelines during our major upcoming launch
