We are looking for a passionate, money-driven and result-orientedsenior Account Manager to be responsible for generating and nurturing multipleclient accounts. The Account Manager's responsibilities include maintaining athorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementingstrategic plans to grow his very own accounts and nurture his own pipeline.
To be successful a successful Account Manager, you should be able tomanage and develop
your accounts/pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction and salesconversion.
Ultimately, an outstanding account manager should have strongcommunication, after sales and high-ticket account management skills, should behighly organized and accomplished at solving problems and keeping closed deals.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
·Nurture existing accounts.
·Win back previous accounts
- Developing and implementing strategic plans tomanage and grow his own accounts/pipeline
- Identifying new business opportunities withinyour portfolio.
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledgeand understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
- Drive client retention, renewals, up-sells andclient satisfaction
·Drive VA (employee) retention.
Account Manager Requirements:
- Must have solid 3-5 years handling B2B accountand pipeline management
·Strong client management skills
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Strong sales, business development and projectmanagement skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, andnegotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools.
·Highly organized and solution oriented.
·Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
