Location:
- Maintain and manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the General Manager.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Manager's office, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.

- Will be assisting the owner also with similar tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role in Australia.
