We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NDIS Admin to support an Australian-based client in the disability services space. If you have prior NDIS experience and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Role Details
Position: NDIS Admin (Virtual Assistant)
Work Hours: Part-Time (30 hours per week)
Rate: $7 AUD per hour
Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home - Philippines
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Details
Manage and update NDIS participant records and documentation (not limited to)
Handle service bookings, invoices, and claims processing
Coordinate with clients, support coordinators, and providers
Maintain accurate data in CRM/NDIS systems
Assist in compliance and administrative reporting
General admin support as required

Requirements
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven NDIS experience (Australia)
- Highly structured, process-driven, and reliable (Melancholic personality type)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (Melancholic)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
