Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field
- 8 years of enterprise-level software development experience with proficiency in C / Java
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- A passion for mentoring and driving technical excellence
- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills
