About you
We’re looking for someone exceptional at written communication, buyer engagement, and email marketing.
Your work will shape how people experience Sanctuary long before they ever visit the property. Through thoughtful messaging, storytelling, and consistent communication, you’ll keep prospective buyers engaged, informed, and emotionally connected to what we’re building.
This is not a corporate newsletter role.
We want someone who understands:
contemporary digital communication,
luxury and lifestyle branding,
storytelling and buyer psychology,
and how to make people feel something through words.
You’ll work closely with leadership to craft messaging for prospective buyers, community members, and future homeowners across email, CRM, and digital touchpoints.
What you’ll own
Interest list pipeline: Manage and nurture our growing list of interested buyers through our CRM, making sure every contact is tagged, segmented, and regularly engaged.
Design and send campaigns: Craft thoughtful, visually clean email campaigns that share construction updates, milestones, founder-led viewings, and community stories.
Keep the community warm: Build consistent, value-driven touchpoints that keep leads engaged and emotionally connected to Sanctuary’s story until they’re ready to purchase.
Coordinate with teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure all messaging feels aligned with Sanctuary’s tone, visuals, and timelines.
Track and improve: Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and conversions, then test and refine content and cadence to continuously improve engagement.
Must-haves:
Exceptional written communication skills with a strong instinct for tone, storytelling, and buyer psychology
Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing/CRM platforms
Strong taste level and attention to detail
Ability to write in a modern, conversational, premium voice
Experience writing email and social media copy
