Financial Controller

Financial Controller responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and leading month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices
• Experience with financial management systems and accounting software
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial reports
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage
