Requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites
- Possess and share superior clinical knowledge of the Company’s products
- Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff
- Provide case support, including Operating Room/procedure support
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support including, but not limited to: troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up
- Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success
- Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel
- Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment
- Communicate with Patients and Clients afterhours and on weekends as needed
- Travel daily within territory
