Strategic Learning & Organization Sr Consultant - Life Science

As a Strategic Learning & Organization Sr Consultant, you will collaborate with internal and client teams to address organizational and learning strategy needs of biotech and pharmaceutical clients.

Requirements

• Participate in client meetings and interviews to understand current challenges and business goals, gathering insights to inform deliverables
• Create comprehensive project deliverables, including kick-off decks, executive summaries, status updates, and meeting documentation
• Build learning content using adult learning and instructional design principles
• Contribute to design documents outlining learner-centric solutions for workshops, learning series, or long-term curriculum plans
• Coordinate with internal resources and manage timelines to deliver on-budget, high-quality work across multiple deliverables
• Support the development and implementation of operating models, organizational structures, learning solutions, and talent development strategies
• Support project workstreams, coordinate with internal resources, and manage timelines to deliver on-budget, high-quality deliverables
• Conduct detailed reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet quality and client readiness standards
• Participate in current state assessments, benchmarking, and data analysis to generate competitive, actionable recommendations
• Track client requests and program changes to maintain consistency across deliverables
• Support legal, medical, and regulatory review processes efficiently for each deliverable
• Articulate the Blue Matter and Salience Learning value propositions and science behind strategies and design choices for clients
• Support additional internal and client initiatives as required
