Context
- This is a replacement position.
- The role is part of an international commercial department with global scope.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in logistics/transport, particularly in the Air & Sea sector – approx. 5 years.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
- Should have a strong client portfolio and market knowledge
- The first 2 weeks will be dedicated to induction in Bucharest
- The role involves both farming and hunting: maintaining existing clients while also prospecting and acquiring new ones (cold calling, meetings, follow-ups).
- Territorial coverage:
- 1 position in Transylvania
- 1 position in Bucharest
- Remote-based role with regular client visits and monthly presence in the Bucharest HQ.

Key Responsibilities
- Business development and customer acquisition
