Engagement Specialist Serving Turkey

We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to join our team in Türkiye to manage compliance and anti-piracy campaigns, analyze data, and develop new leads.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in sales or Legal (sales exposure; software compliance or piracy experience is a plus!)
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a global environment
• Turkish speaker with proficiency in English for effective communication
• Comfortable with data management tools, metrics, and Omni-channel communication (calls, emails, video)
• Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS)
• Effective internet skills including search techniques and online lead generation
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks under pressure
• Adaptability to changing campaign priorities and remote teamwork
