Main Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate customer requirements into practical warehouse and automation solutions.
- Develop layouts, workflows, and system concepts using CAD tools.
- Analyze operational data in Power BI, Python, or Excel to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to communicate the technical and business value of Robust AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent, for layout and system design.
- Experience with data analysis using tools such as Power BI, Python, or Excel.
- Interest in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and automation, especially how robotics and data can improve operations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with warehouse system integrators or projects involving AMRs, AGVs, or similar automation.
- Familiarity with warehouse optimization techniques such as batch picking, order clustering, and SKU slotting.
- Exposure to Discrete Event Simulation tools, preferably FlexSim, for modeling warehouse processes and automation performance.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with visualization libraries (Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for robotics, automation, and warehouse logistics, with curiosity to learn and experiment.
- A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy taking open-ended challenges and creating data-driven insights that inform both business and technical decisions.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30% for customer visits, system reviews, and project support.
