The Opportunity:

Ritual is looking for a Motion Graphics & Video Content Creator to join our team. We’re searching for a rare creative talent who is fluent in both motion design and video storytelling. If you’re a conceptual thinker who can craft compelling visual narratives and are excited to use AI to push the boundaries of what’s possible, this role is for you. We’re inspired by the new wave of marketing from brands like Whop, Cluely, and Kalshi. Our goal isn't to follow trends, but to set them. We want to work with a creator who can help us build a distinct visual identity that cuts through the noise and resonates deeply with the AI and crypto communities.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Visual Narrative: You'll design, produce, and edit high-impact video and motion graphics content that lives across our social channels, website, and core marketing efforts.
• Create for the Culture: You'll make short-form videos that are built to perform on social media, especially Crypto and AI Twitter. Think less "ad," more "must-see content."
• Animate Complex Ideas: You'll transform abstract, technical concepts into clear, engaging, and visually stunning motion graphics.
• Master a Modern Workflow: You'll blend your expert skills in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro with cutting-edge AI tools like Runway, Veo, and Pika to create what others can't.
• Collaborate and Vibe: You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and research teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute on a unified creative vision.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: You'll keep a pulse on visual trends and performance data to ensure our content is not just beautiful, but also effective.
• Ship World-Class Content: You'll manage your creative pipeline from concept to final render, ensuring a consistent output of high-quality work.

Requirements
