RingCentral is seeking a Regional Vice President, Technical Success - AU/APAC, to lead the post-sale customer experience for the Australia and broader APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the region's Net Revenue Retention and Gross Revenue Retention targets, leading geographically distributed teams, and cultivating C-suite and VP-level relationships with strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of post-sales leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, managing geographically distributed teams across time zones
- Specific background in the UCaaS or CCaaS space
- Experience with Professional Services (PS) functions
- Strong commercial instincts for renewal forecasting, identifying churn risk, and effective partnership with Sales
- Experience managing offshore or nearshore delivery teams
- Direct professional experience in the AU/APAC market
- Previous leadership of an SME or specialty technical practice
- Knowledge of the APAC competitive landscape
- Experience scaling a Customer Experience organization
