GTM Engineer

Rillet is an AI-native ERP that helps accounting and finance teams run their numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the technical foundation that powers Rillet's growth.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
• Experience with full-stack development or strong comfort working across frontend and backend
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered workflows in production
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for scale
• Experience in growth, marketing engineering, data, or GTM-adjacent technical roles (preferred)
• Experience at early-stage or fast-scaling startups (preferred)
