Rightmove Overseas is seeking an experienced Telephone Account Manager to join on a 12 month Maternity Leave contract. The successful candidate will manage a designated account base to achieve activity, growth and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Manage approx. 150 overseas accounts each month
- Deliver against KPIs of meetings held per week, 80% account reviews achieved and a monthly revenue growth target
- Build strong client relationships while also identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through a consultative approach
