We are looking for a versatile HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will be a key partner in our people operations, blending full-cycle recruiting management with core HR functions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR or People Ops role and full-cycle recruitment experience
- Advanced Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, BambooHR, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot technical workflows within them
- Foundational Knowledge of HR Law: Solid understanding of EEO, FLSA, and I-9 compliance requirements
- Strategic Communication: Ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders and handle sensitive employee information with extreme discretion
- Proactive Problem-Solving: A track record of identifying 'broken' processes and implementing scalable solutions
- Operational Independence: High level of comfort working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
