Seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support day-to-day operations, reporting, audit oversight, and compliance execution of health and welfare benefits programs across a multi-state and international workforce.
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of benefits administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Benefits to include reporting and vendor EDI feeds
- Proven experience with billing reconciliation, reporting, auditing, and compliance execution
