Requirements

• 3+ years of admin, ops, or back-office experience
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) and job management tools (e.g., ServiceM8, Tradify)
• Confident using Excel (basic filters, no advanced formulas required)
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and raise issues early
• Ability to work well under structured systems and time-sensitive tasks
• Available for a consistent day shift (5:30 AM to 10:30 AM PHT) aligned with Adelaide time
• Distraction-free work environment and dual-screen setup
