We are looking for a Web & Design Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who can balance technical expertise and creative design skills to maintain and enhance a custom product website with client-facing portals.

As a Web & Design Support Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping our website updated, ensuring smooth account access for users, managing product uploads/removals, and handling design-related projects. You’ll collaborate with our team to deliver a seamless user experience while maintaining strong design consistency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular website updates and ensure functionality across client portals.
- Manage user accounts, access, and site security.
- Upload, update, and remove products in an organized manner.
- Create, edit, and maintain design assets to support branding and user experience.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and support overall site performance.
- Collaborate with the team to improve website usability and aesthetics.
Requirements
🔹 Qualifications
-Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Comfortable managing user accounts and website functionality.
- Familiarity with e-commerce portals or ordering platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design consistency.
- Organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
- Prior experience in healthcare or custom product industries (preferred).
