The ideal candidate must be proficient in PlanSwift and capable of working from both architectural drawings and project images. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate estimates for materials and labor.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates for roofing and siding projects using PlanSwift.
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and project images to identify materials and quantities.
- Enter and maintain project data using Google Sheets and internal templates.
- Communicate effectively with team members through WhatsApp and email for project coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned estimating tasks.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Roofing or Siding Estimator (required).
- Proficiency in PlanSwift for takeoffs and estimating (must-have).
- Ability to estimate from drawings and photos accurately.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, measurements, and construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and online communication tools (WhatsApp, Email).
