Key Responsibilities:
- Receive property addresses from the sales team via email.
- Use Google, Google Maps, and AI tools to research publicly available property data across the United States.
-Compile information such as:
-Building specifications
-Property details
- Energy savings projections (based on provided criteria)
- Design a professional, client-ready brochure with clear visuals, accurate specs, and compelling savings summaries.
- Ensure each brochure is polished, brand-consistent, and ready for client presentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate research, property analysis, graphic design, or marketing materials creation.
- Strong proficiency in Google tools, Google Maps, and online research methods.
- Comfortable using AI platforms and following step-by-step processes for report generation.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and layout aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
