Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling:
    • Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce products or services, engage interest, and assess potential leads.
    • Qualify prospects based on established criteria to determine if they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
    • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while managing objections and addressing any initial questions.
  2. Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Research target markets to identify new potential customers using various online sources, directories, and social media.
    • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Segment leads according to industry, company size, location, and other criteria to optimize outreach efforts.
  3. CRM and Data Management:
    • Record lead interactions, call outcomes, and key information in the CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
    • Regularly update the lead database and ensure data quality, including removing duplicates, correcting errors, and adding new data as required.
  4. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

Requirements
