We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry-Intake Specialist to join our Remote VA team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing intake data to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service. Your work will support our healthcare and therapy teams by maintaining accurate records and facilitating the intake process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter client intake information into designated databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify data for completeness and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to coordinate client information and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant privacy regulations.
- Assist in managing client communication during the intake process.
- Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or intake coordination, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) is a plus.
