What your profile looks like
- Successfully completed technical or commercial degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in training in an industrial environment
- Experience in developing and implementing training concepts and global training standards
- Knowledge of setting up and managing international training structures or trainer pools
- Experience in creating technical training and application documentation for international locations
- Knowledge of e-learning, digital learning platforms, or blended learning concepts
- Organizational skills and experience in project management

- Establishment and further development of an international pool of trainers
- Development, implementation, and refinement of global training standards
