Requirements
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Site Reliability Engineering team
- Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of Relay's platform
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams
- Define and track key reliability KPIs (e.g., uptime, latency, incident frequency, MTTR)
- Guide infrastructure and platform investments to support long-term scalability, security, and operational efficiency
