Ballyfin, a 5 Star luxury country house hotel in Ireland, is seeking a Reservations Assistant to join its busy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, outstanding customer service, and previous experience in a similar position.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferable
• Good knowledge of excel, word, email and hotel operating systems
• Excellent telephone manner and engaging personality
• Reservations skills
• Previous experience or knowledge of Hotsoft is advantageous
