Markets Analyst (Markets & Demand Planning) (f/m/x) - remote

Founded in 2017, refurbed is Europe’s fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products, active in 12 European countries. The company is looking for a Markets Analyst to support cross-market initiatives, commercial planning, and strategic market expansion efforts across Europe.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business analytics, commercial strategy, or demand planning within e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth digital businesses.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing KPIs, competitor analysis, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting.
• Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience conducting market research, business cases and translating data into actionable insights.
• Interest in sustainability and the circular economy.
