Python Developer (AI Agents & NLP)

We’re looking for a Python Developer with strong AI/NLP experience to join our team as the core backend engineer and AI architect for TenderPro, a platform transforming public procurement using artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of programming experience, working on projects deployed to production
• 3+ years of experience with Python, including 2+ years in AI/NLP-focused projects
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and vector databases
• Solid understanding of document chunking, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems
• Proficient in backend architecture, API integrations, PostgreSQL, Supabase, n8n or similar
• Fluent in Polish and English
