Requirements
- 7 years of experience in software development and team leadership
- Experience designing and developing large-scale applications
- Ability to balance technical work (hands-on) with leadership
- Solid knowledge in React Native, React, and NestJS
- Strong focus on good engineering practices (clean architecture, clean code)
- Experience working in agile and collaborative environments
