Scientific Director (Medical Publications)

Red Nucleus is hiring a Director, Scientific Services to lead scientific strategy, oversee content excellence, and manage teams with autonomy. The role is remote-based and requires 6+ years of medical communications/medical writing experience and 2+ years of people management and coaching experience.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD)
• 6+ years' medical communications/medical writing experience
• 2+ years' people management and coaching experience
• Strategic thinking and client leadership
• Expert facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic and image generation software, and collaboration platforms
