Virtual Assistant - Part time

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates available during US East Coast business hours)
Job Type: Part-Time / Ongoing Contract
Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week (flexible, on-demand)

About the Role

Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a growing boutique intellectual property law practice that helps tech startups and innovators protect their ideas. As the practice expands, the founder is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing operational and administrative support.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and confident using modern AI tools thoughtfully and critically.

What You'll Be Doing

• Research conference attendees and build targeted prospect lists for networking and business development
• Review, refine, and improve AI-generated LinkedIn outreach messages before sending
• Accurately enter and organize information in Daylite CRM from voice and text memos, including:
  • Contacts
  • Activities
  • Opportunities
  • Tasks
  • Proper relationship linking between records
• Assist with basic video editing using tools such as Descript or CapCut
• Help assemble and schedule email campaigns
• Provide weekly reports and assist with light project coordination
• Manage priorities independently while meeting clear expectations and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms
• Strong judgment and editing ability when reviewing AI-generated content
• Legal, paralegal, or tech-startup experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Daylite or other CRM systems is a major plus (training can be provided)
• Proactive, organized, and dependable work style

Important Note

The client uses AI tools extensively and is specifically looking for someone who can critically review, edit, and improve AI-generated content — not someone who simply copies and pastes AI output without adding value or judgment.
