Lead Data Engineer

Lead Data Engineer to define and scale our data platform, owning architecture and implementation roadmap, and shaping data ingestion, processing, and modeling. Fully remote collaboration under a service agreement.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a senior/lead data engineer
• Advanced SQL + Python
• Production experience with modern warehouse stack (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with transformation frameworks (dbt, Dataform, SQLMesh, or similar)
• Practical orchestration and monitoring mindset
• Ability to prioritize by business impact and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
