Location:
- Devise a global product marketing strategy with prioritizations of regions, countries, sectors, industries and personae to scale users and revenues rapidly
- Develop the organizational capabilities to enable and support marketing success
- Identify potential marketing partners / vendors, including setting selection criteria
- Establish and achieve marketing objectives using internal and external resources
- Drive adoption of company marketing programs among partner organizations
- Achieve quarterly objectives with milestone metrics and progress tracking
- Adjust and adapt strategies to support new company initiatives and objectives
- Provide market feedback on product pricing, packaging and desired functionality
- Share a love for researchers and the good they are doing for societies and humanity
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with product marketing, overseeing digital asset creation, and digital marketing campaign management
- A strong familiarity with how the sales of enterprise software, scientific and medical research software, workflow tools and/or publications differs, both B2C and B2B
- Experience in the professional information services, scientific and medical publishing, SaaS software, or academic, governmental or non-governmental research organizations
- Experience analyzing and developing strategies, processes, key performance indicators, and organizing teams to drive success
- High-energy personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project and program management skills including development and execution of global and regional marketing plans
- Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Problem-solving disposition with a constant desire to improve performance and outcomes
- Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion on time and on budget
- Process oriented and knows how to experiment, design, monitor, predict and measure success
- A strong sense of urgency and accountability is required
- International work experience across cultures is highly desirable
- A comprehensive understanding of GDPR/CCA privacy rules and regulations
- The ability to evaluate, adopt and learn new tools quickly.
- Fluency in English with excellent writing skills is a must
