Requirements
- Registered healthcare professional (on a professional register)
- Significant experience in Infection Prevention & Control
- Proven track record of leading organisation-wide or multi-site IPC strategies
- Strong knowledge of UK healthcare regulations, standards, and best practice
- Experience of managing clinical change and improvement programmes
- Excellent leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
