Spain onlyBroadpin WE Academy is our internal training program designed for recent graduates who want to start their career in IT. It focuses on developing new talent through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience in JD Edwards (ERP).
You will begin with a 1-month training period and receive a full-time permanent (indefinite) contract from day one. No prior professional experience is required — we are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.
Throughout the program, you will gain the technical and professional skills needed to start your career as a Functional Consultant, while being supported in a collaborative, international, and fast-paced environment.
During the training, you will learn how to use JD Edwards, understand business processes, and work with ERP systems.
As a Functional Consultant, you will:
- Support end users
- Troubleshoot issues
- Identify process improvements
- Implement effective solutions
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English required
- Passion for technology and willingness to develop technical skills
- Strong motivation and commitment to learning and personal growth
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
