United States onlyOur client is seeking a Career Associate with 7+ years of civil litigation experience to join their Litigation Business Unit, in any US office location. Fully remote work arrangements also will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
- Developing and implementing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, and analyzing complex cases.
- Managing document production, interrogatories, and depositions.
- Attending court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations; maintaining communication with clients.
- Assisting with witness preparation and exhibit organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 7+ years' experience with complex civil litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school & Strong Academic Credentials.
- Active Massachusetts Bar Membership in Good Standing
- AM Law 100 – 200 experience a Strong Plus
- Strong analytical, writing, and research skills with the ability to work independently.
