Content Coordinator (Remote accross Romania) (Bucharest, RO)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Content Coordinator to help maintain and evolve our WordPress website. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, working closely with design, marketing, and web teams to ensure website content is accurate, up to date, localized, and visually aligned with approved designs.

You will be responsible for creating, updating, and removing pages, translating Figma designs into live WordPress pages using a page builder, and supporting content localization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage website content using WordPress CMS
• Create, update, and remove web pages based on business and marketing needs
• Translate Figma designs into WordPress pages using a page builder
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting across the site
• Localize English pages into other languages in coordination with stakeholders
• Apply basic on‑page SEO/AEO best practices (page titles, meta descriptions, headings)
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure pages render correctly across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to implement content updates efficiently

Must Have

• Experience working with WordPress CMS (or a similar content management system)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Experience managing and updating website content at scale
• Ability to follow design and content guidelines precisely

Nice to Have

• Front‑end skills: working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Design skills: background in graphic or web design; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Copywriting & optimization skills: ability to optimize content for SEO / AEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, and on‑page structure

• Pages are published accurately and on time, matching approved designs
• Website content remains up to date, clean, and consistent
• Localization updates are implemented correctly with minimal rework
• SEO fundamentals are applied consistently across new and updated pages
