Malawi onlyThe QED Africa Foundation is hiring an Early Years Math Instructor to teach foundational math concepts to children aged 4-6. The instructor will engage students through interactive instruction, build confidence and positive attitude towards mathematics, and communicate with parents on student progress.
Requirements
- Strong in arithmetic, logical reasoning, and number sense
- 2+ years of experience with working with young children
- Native English proficiency (≥C2) in speaking, reading, and typing
- Comfortable with teaching in both English and Chichewa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic attitude and spirit
- Professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with basic desktop publishing software, such as Google Docs/Slides/Sheets and Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, WhatsApp
- +3 years prior work experience preferred
