LAAO/TVT Data Abstractor: Part-Time

We’re looking for a Part-Time Data Abstraction Specialist to join our team. The role involves categorizing, coding, summarizing, and interpreting patient medical records to advance patient outcomes and research. You will work remotely with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Direct abstraction experience in the LAAO and/or TVT registry through the ACC/NCDR
• Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Microsoft Excel)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High standards for accuracy and attention to detail
• Technical savvy and strong desire to learn new systems and technology
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects/patient records
• Strong communication skills
• Self-organizational and time management skills
