Amazon Inventory, Forecasting, & Product Sourcing Manager (Part-Time)

A rapidly expanding eCommerce company specializing in supplements on Amazon is seeking an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in inventory management, product sourcing, and forecasting. The role involves proactive inventory monitoring, preventing stockouts/overstock, tracking expiration dates, and adapting to new sales channels like TikTok Shop and Facebook ads. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Helium10 and ideally SoStocked.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management and product sourcing, particularly for Amazon FBA Private label.
• Proficiency in inventory forecasting tools, with specific experience using Helium10.
• A solid understanding of sales trends, seasonality, and how to integrate those into inventory strategies.
• Experience with supplements or gated products is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work in the Pacific (PST) time zone as we are based in Vancouver, Canada
• Self-motivated and able to take proactive measures to manage inventory levels efficiently.
