AI Engineer - United States

Pulsora is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to join its team, working on a well-funded startup focused on sustainability and ESG. The ideal candidate will have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and complex agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar Engineering field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python and its relevant data science libraries
• Proven experience integrating and working with major LLM APIs
• At least 1 year of deep practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph
• Solid understanding and implementation experience with RAG architectures, vector DBs, vector search, embeddings, and reranking mechanisms
