We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across software engineering roles at pubGENIUS, a React.js and Next.js development company and AdTech startup.
Requirements
- Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Screen candidates and assess technical and communication fit
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage the ATS and keep all candidate data accurate and up to date
- Coordinate all hiring stages including interviews, feedback, and offers
- Maintain strong pipeline coverage for each open role
- Track and improve key hiring metrics
- Suggest improvements to sourcing and hiring processes
