Overview
The Curriculum developer contributes to the development and maintenance activities of 70+ courses, across multiple modalities, and PLM and ALM products, and 8+ certification exams. This role is multi-faceted and collaborates effectively across functional teams working with requirements leads, certification, operations, delivery teams, production, and with leadership.
Key Responsibilities

• Work alone and with other curriculum developers across multiple ALM and PLM development projects and various learning modalities with a focus on speed and consistency
• Work with requirements leads on curriculum design
• Manage their development using defined workflows and tools
• Ensure content aligns with defined strategy and applicable standards or frameworks
• Review, test, and continuously improve content, assessments, and learning materials
• Monitor content and exam effectiveness using data and feedback and collaborate with the support the growth of the certification program
• Liaison with instructor community for feedback and VILT preparedness.
• Track and summarize learner feedback and work with developers to address in course updates.
• ·Assist with resource allocation and planning for curriculum projects
• Perform quality control activities and define an efficient final testing strategy Look for ways to modernize and adopt AI with a focus on speed.
• Facilitates exam build activities with SMEs in collaboration with requirements leads
• Works on key organizational initiatives
