Clear Capital is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Solution Engineering to lead and scale our Solution Engineering function while remaining actively engaged in strategic and technically complex sales opportunities. This role serves as both a people leader and senior technical partner to Sales, helping customers understand the business value, operational fit, and implementation approach of Clear Capital's products, analytics, and data solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or scaling Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
- Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, implementations, or customer-facing technical consulting.
- Experience within mortgage technology, real estate technology, financial services, SaaS, or data-driven organizations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Strong organizational, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build structure, process, and scalability in growing organizations.
