This full-time Scheduler role is an exciting opportunity to join the team at PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia, a leading processing company based in Morowali, Central Sulawesi. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all stages of the schedule and preparation before during and after maintenance execution. Collaborating with relevant departments to determine duration, time, list activity and resource needs. organizing regular progress meetings, addressing issues, and taking corrective actions, and provides daily, weekly, and final progress reports.
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in planning or scheduling, more favored with experience specifically as a Fixed Plant Scheduler or in a similar role involving planning and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, project management principles, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clearly conveying information.
- Ability to manage and strictly adhere to schedules, multitask efficiently, and organize resources effectively.
- Skilled in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project), spreadsheets, and other collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional integrity, manage emotions, foster teamwork, and apply inclusive practices in the workplace.
