The Projects Coordinator will coordinate various projects revolving around Property Management with a focus in Maintenance Coordination, communicating directly with tenants, vendors, clients, and management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of Project Management software (such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project, etc)
- B1/B2 or higher proficiency in English
- Previous property/hotel management is not required but is helpful
